8300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing use of the 8300 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any service on the 8300 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately and do not proceed with registration.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 8300 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.
The 8300 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 8300 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 8300 will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their accounts. Any attempt to hack, cheat, or exploit the 8300 platform system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users are also not permitted to use automation software, bots, or any technical tools to access or interact with the platform outside of normal authorised usage.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
All 8300 platform users are required to comply with the rules set out below to ensure a safe and fair experience for everyone. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian laws or regulations.
- Communicating in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards other users or 8300 staff.
- Attempting to manipulate or cheat the gaming system, including colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits, or misusing the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Sharing or reselling your account to any third party without written authorisation from 8300.
8300 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account suspension or closure and withholding of disputed balances — should any of the above prohibitions be breached. All decisions made by 8300 in this regard are final.
Payments, MYR Transactions & Financial Policy
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 8300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and online bank transfers via major Malaysian banks. 8300 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or through payment methods not listed on the platform.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may require supporting documents. 8300 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that fail to meet verification requirements or are suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Misuse of bonuses — including attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the stipulated wagering requirements — may result in the bonus being voided and the account being investigated. 8300 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Limitation of Liability
8300 is not liable for any financial loss, service disruption, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 8300 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, logos, brand names, and other materials on the 8300 platform are the exclusive property of 8300 or parties that have licensed them to us. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from 8300.
Third-Party Links
The 8300 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 8300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
8300 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a policy violation are not entitled to claim any compensation or refund for remaining balances, subject to the outcome of any investigation conducted.
Amendments to Terms
8300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior consent from users. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
